SwypePlug stores sell to customers who pay online. When an order needs to move, the job comes to riders in that city. Payment is secured with our licensed escrow partner before you pick anything up, and released to you once the customer confirms delivery.
How a delivery works

Sign up and get reviewed
Your name, phone, ride, ID and a guarantor. We check every rider before the first job — customers are trusting you with their goods.

Go online and pick a job
See deliveries waiting in your city with the pickup spot, drop-off area and exactly what you will be paid. Accept the ones that work for you.

Photograph the package at pickup
One photo at the store protects you if anyone later claims a different item was sent.

Drop off, photograph, collect the code
Take a photo where you dropped it, then the customer gives you their 6-digit handover code. That code releases your payment.
What you can count on
- Your fee is confirmed before you ride — the customer has already paid into secured escrow.
- No chasing stores for cash after a delivery.
- If a customer can't be reached, one tap hands the job to support. You are never stuck with the package.
- Your earnings screen separates money still in the check window from money ready to pay out.
What you'll need
A working phone, your ride and plate number, an ID number (NIN, voter's card, passport or driver's licence), a guarantor we can call, and the bank account you want to be paid into.
